Our commercial department can carry out a feasibility study based on drawings supplied to us or the clients desired mix for us to create and design a proposed development. This will enable us to give an initial budget costing based on the numbers of units and renewable energy required to satisfy planning or funding requirements.
Further consultation with service providers and pre planning application advice, we can develop the design through to a construction phase to give full fixed costs on the development.
Our team will manage the full process and liaise with all necessary departments by gaining planning, highway approval & section agreements; undertake ground contamination, validation reports, ecological, environmental & renewable energy reports.
Kingsmead will work to create designs on each development based on the client and housing needs or simply work with the drawings supplied to us to develop.

House designs are aimed at current Housing Quality Indicators, which will also be certified and provided on each development.
Our houses are designed to be easily adaptable during or after completion due to the Lifetime Homes led aspect of our standard designs.
Some residents may have additional needs identified by their occupational therapist, thus making it easy to add wet rooms, hoists & specially adapted toilets etc to help improve their quality of living.
